Quotes arrive as PDFs, screenshots, WeChat messages, and long email threads — half in Chinese, half in English, nothing comparable. QuoteLens extracts the numbers and puts every supplier side by side, with landed cost and a weighted score.
No account needed for the demo. Built for buyers & sourcing agents dealing with Alibaba / 1688 suppliers.
Every supplier sends their numbers in a different format. The comparison work falls on you — usually at midnight, in a spreadsheet.
One supplier sends a stamped PDF, another screenshots a WeChat chat, a third pastes a price list in an email. Same product, three formats, zero structure.
起订量 here, "MOQ" there, 含税价 vs. EXW — generic extraction tools built for English invoices miss the bilingual reality of Alibaba/1688 sourcing.
Unit price means nothing until you add freight, duty, and spread it across the MOQ. Most buyers eyeball it — and overpay quietly.
Freelancers on Fiverr sell "supplier quote comparison" as a paid service for a reason: it takes real work. QuoteLens automates the boring part.
No spreadsheet gymnastics. Upload what the supplier sent you, exactly as they sent it.
Drop in a PDF, a screenshot, or paste text straight from a WeChat message or email. Chinese, English, or a mix of both.
Unit price, currency, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, packaging, freight — pulled out automatically and shown for your review. You stay in control: every field is editable.
A standardized side-by-side table with per-unit landed cost (freight + duty included) and a weighted score you can tune. Export to Excel when you're done.

Chinese (simplified and traditional) and English — including quotes that mix both, which is exactly how Alibaba and 1688 suppliers actually write. 起订量, MOQ, 含税价, EXW: we read all of it. This bilingual support is the core reason QuoteLens exists: most extraction tools were built for English invoices and handle Chinese supplier documents poorly.
PDF quotations, screenshots (JPG/PNG), and pasted text — for example a WeChat message or an email thread copied straight in. If the AI misses a field, you can edit it by hand before comparing. Every field in the comparison table is editable.
Parseur and similar tools extract data from documents — in English, at around $39/month. QuoteLens is built specifically for the sourcing workflow: bilingual Chinese/English supplier quotes, side-by-side comparison, per-unit landed cost, and a weighted score you can tune to your priorities. Extraction is step one; the comparison is the product.
Yes. There is no backend server: your quotes are processed in your browser, and extraction uses only the AI provider you configure yourself (e.g. DeepSeek). We never see, store, or sell your supplier data. Your API key stays in your browser's local storage — it's never sent to us.
We're in beta now, onboarding users from the waitlist in small batches. Pricing will be $12–19/month when we launch, and waitlist members lock in the $12 early-bird rate. The landed-cost calculator will always be free.
Not to try it — the demo runs a built-in parser so you can test the full flow for free, no key required. For real AI extraction on your own quotes, you paste in your own DeepSeek (or other OpenAI-compatible) API key. DeepSeek's API is very inexpensive, typically a fraction of a cent per quote.
